Mirror 8K polished 304 stainless steel sheet starts as prime mill coil, is cold rolled to gauge, annealed and pickled to a uniform 2B substrate, then mirror polished on multi head lines that step through progressively finer abrasives until the surface reads like glass. Each sheet leaves the line covered with a peelable PVC film, so the reflective face reaches the buyer exactly as it left the polishing room instead of carrying scuffs from forklifts, bundling straps and container loading. Our Wuxi warehouse keeps roughly 8,000 tons of stainless material under roof, five hours from Shanghai port, which allows decorative orders to be cut to 1219x2438mm, 1000x2000mm or a nominated size and shipped inside one to two weeks rather than the six to eight weeks typical of mill direct bookings.

• Mirror 8K Reflectivity: Polished through eight successive grit stages until the reflection is distortion free, giving interior contractors a true mirror face for lift panels, column cladding and retail ceilings.
• Peelable PVC Film: A 50 to 100 micron film protects the finish during laser cutting, bending and welding, then lifts away without leaving adhesive ghosting on the polished surface.
• ASTM A240 Chemistry: Heat chemistry is certified to ASTM A240 at 18 to 20 percent chromium and 8 to 10.5 percent nickel, keeping the sheet ductile enough for deep drawing and tight folding.
• Cut To Size Service: Sheets are sheared and edge trimmed in house, so a fabricator can order exact blanks and skip the scrap and double handling that full size stock sheets create.
• Flatness Control: Tension levelling before polishing holds camber and crossbow tight, which matters when panels are laminated to honeycomb cores or bonded to aluminium frames.
• Mill Edge Width Options: Coils are slit from 1020 to 1260mm mill edge, letting us supply 1219mm wide sheet without the extra weld seam that narrow stock would force on a fabricator.

The mirror surface is chosen wherever the metal is meant to be seen. Architectural metal contractors fit it into lift car interiors, column casings, canopy soffits, shopfront trims and reception wall panels. Kitchen equipment workshops laminate it onto extractor hoods, splashbacks and serving counters. Display and fixture makers cut it for retail fixtures, museum cases and hotel lobby cladding. Because grade 304 tolerates routine cleaning chemistry, the same sheet also suits hospital wall protection, laboratory bench tops and food service backsplashes. For folded work we recommend the filmed option together with a 2B substrate, since bending a bare mirror face risks marking the polish along the fold line.

Every bundle is interleaved with neutral paper, wrapped in plastic film and strapped onto a fumigated wooden pallet sized for a 20 foot container. Standard export packing is seaworthy and has cleared repeated moisture audits on routes into Europe, the Middle East and South America. Before shipment each lot is checked for thickness tolerance, flatness, film adhesion and surface defects under angled lighting. The mill test certificate, grade certificate and packing list travel with the shipping documents. Third party inspection by SGS or BV can be arranged on request, and heat number traceability is held from coil to finished sheet for the full warranty period.
