ASTM A564 SUS630 (17-4PH) is a precipitation hardening martensitic stainless steel that combines high strength and hardness with excellent corrosion resistance. Through controlled heat treatment cycles (solution annealing followed by aging at various temperatures), 17-4PH achieves tensile strengths up to 1310 MPa in the H900 condition, making it one of the most widely used precipitation hardening stainless steels in demanding engineering applications.

Our SUS630 seamless pipes are manufactured from premium mill-certified billets using cold drawing processes, ensuring tight dimensional tolerances and superior surface quality. Every batch undergoes rigorous testing including ultrasonic inspection, eddy current testing, and mechanical property verification. We supply in various heat treatment conditions (H900, H1025, H1075, H1150) tailored to your specific strength and toughness requirements.

Q: What heat treatment conditions are available?

We supply SUS630 in H900, H1025, H1075, and H1150 conditions. H900 offers maximum strength while H1150 provides improved toughness.

Q: Can SUS630 be welded?

Yes, 17-4PH has good weldability. Preheating is generally not required. Post-weld heat treatment may be necessary to restore properties.

Q: What is the MOQ?
