2205 Duplex Stainless Steel Strip / Coil

2205 (UNS S32205 / S31803 / DIN 1.4462) is a nitrogen-enhanced duplex stainless steel with an austenitic-ferritic microstructure. It delivers roughly twice the yield strength of 304/316 while offering superior resistance to chloride pitting, crevice corrosion and stress corrosion cracking. Our cold rolled 2205 strips are supplied in coil form with 2B, BA or NO.1 finish, ready for slitting, stamping, deep drawing and further fabrication.
