Seamless stainless steel bright annealed tube is a kind of heat treatment and surface delivery requirements in the production process of steel pipes. The heat treatment is in the state of protective gas (H2+N2 mixed gas), and the temperature control range is 1010-1100 degrees Celsius. It is seamless for clean cleaning. The stainless steel tube is annealed. This heat-treated stainless steel pipe has excellent surface quality, good mechanical properties, and strong bending plasticity, which is convenient for customers to perform various bending, welding, Lok connection and other processing.

5. Surface delivery status
Bright annealing: atmosphere protection heat treatment, the inner and outer surfaces are bright and smooth.

6. Clean cleaning process
The steel pipe manufacturing process adopts ultrasonic + degreasing cleaning process to effectively remove various pollutants generated in the pipeline manufacturing.
7. Non-destructive inspection
Each stainless steel pipeline is tested according to the standard of water pressure testing and eddy current testing:
Hydrostatic pressure detection: maximum pressure 20Mpa, time 5 seconds
Eddy current flaw detection: Perform inspection according to standard sample tubes, and comply with standards such as ASTM, JIS, ISOENDIN, GB, etc.
8. Other inspections
Perform random inspections of stretching, flattening, flaring, grain size, hardness, etc. according to the standard.
