It is applicable to a variety of chemical conditions, such as ferric chloride, copper Chloride, thermal pollution solution( organic and inorganic), methanoic, acetic, seawater and saline solutions. It is also one of rare materials which have resistance to corrosion by wet-chlorine , hypochlorite and chlorine dioxide.
