2507 super duplex stainless steel round bar (UNS S32750) combines the high strength of ferritic steel with the excellent corrosion resistance of austenitic steel. With a pitting resistance equivalent number (PREN) of 40 or higher, it delivers outstanding resistance to chloride pitting, crevice corrosion and stress corrosion cracking, making it a cost-effective replacement for 316L and 904L in aggressive environments.
