Product Description
Stainless Round steel is a solid cylindrical steel, whose diameter can be designed in different sizes according to the production needs. Processing process includes hot rolling, cold drawing, forging and heat treatment and other methods. Among them, hot rolling is the most commonly used process, which can produce round steel with larger diameter. The cold drawing process can produce a smaller diameter and high precision round steel.
Stainless Round steel is widely used in construction, machinery, aerospace, automobile manufacturing and other fields. In the construction field, round steel is often used to make building steel structure, bridge, tunnel, etc.; in the mechanical field, round steel is often used to make bearings, gears, couplings, etc.; in the aerospace field, round steel is often used to make high strength parts such as aircraft engine shaft.
Stainless steel round steel can be divided into hot rolling, forging and cold drawing. The size of hot-rolled stainless steel round steel is 5.5-250 mm. Among them, small stainless steel round steel of 5.5-25 mm is mostly supplied in straight strips, commonly used as reinforcement, bolts and various mechanical parts; stainless steel round steel over 25 mm, mainly used for manufacturing mechanical parts or seamless steel pipe billet.
1) 310S stainless steel round steel
Features: 310S stainless steel is austenitic chromium nickel stainless steel has a very good oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, because of the higher percentage of chromium and nickel, 310S has much better creep strength, can continue to work at high temperature, with good high temperature resistance.
2) 316L stainless steel round steel
Features: 1) cold rolled products have good gloss and beautiful appearance;
3) Due to the addition of Mo, excellent corrosion resistance, especially the spot corrosion resistance;
4) those with an excellent high-temperature intensity;
5) Excellent processing hardening (weak magnetism after processing)
6) no tism in the solid state;
7) 316 stainless steel round steel
Features: 316 stainless steel is after 304, the second most widely used steel, mainly used in food industry and surgical equipment, because of the addition of Mo, so its corrosion resistance, atmospheric corrosion resistance and high temperature strength is particularly good, can be used in harsh conditions; processing hardening excellent (no magnetic).
